AUMKAR SADHANA (MEDITATION) CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING:

FIRST DO THREE TIMES DIRGHA BREATHING (Three-part yogic breath, involves expansive, deep breathing that begins in abdominals, and fills the rib cage, until the air is up to the clavicle. The breath is then slowly released in reverse order, this process is called DIRGHA)

1. “MANGALACHARAN”(INVITATION TO GOD & GODDESSES)

 

2. “SHAKTI PEETH PRAYER”(SANKALPA – PASAIIDAAN – PRAYER FOR HUMANITY)

 

3. “MARUTI STOTRA”(PRAYER TO GOD OF AIR – PURIFY SPEECH)

 

4. “AUMKAR”SAY 21 TIMES, 5 SECONDS EACH. (Concentrate on Ucchaar, Madhya and Laya and also between each AUMKAR there should be 3.5 seconds pause)

 

5. “NAYAAS”(HEALING EXERCIES – 5 IN TOTAL. EACH 5 TIMES. “AUM” – 10 SECONDS EACH with 3.5 seconds pause between each AUMKAR)

  • 1ST NAYAAS – FROM COSMIC POINT TO HEART
  • 2ND NAYAAS – FROM BACK OF HEAD (SMALL BRAIN), NECK TO BELLY BUTTON
  • 3RD NAYAAS – FROM BACK OF SHOULDER BLADES TO HEART POINT
  • 4TH NAYAAS – FROM LOWER BACK TO TAIL BONE
  • 5TH NAYAAS – FROM HIP JOINTS TO END OF TOES

MANTRAS:

6. GURU NAAM SMARAN“AUM SRI SAINATHAYA NAMAHA”
(SAY 108 TIMES, 5 SECONDS EACH WITH ONE SECOND PAUSE IN BETWEEN. 30 seconds pause before starting MAHA MANTRA.)

 

7. MAHA MANTRA “SARVA MANGAL MANGALYE , SHIVE SARV ARTHA SADHIKE , SHARANYE TRYAMBAKE GAURI , NARAYNI NAMOSTUTE”
(SAY 21 TIMES , 10 SECONDS EACH WITH ONE SECOND PAUSE IN BETWEEN. 30 seconds pause before starting TARAK MANTRA.)

 

8. TARAK MANTRA“AUM SRI SUDGURUNATH DADAYA NAMAHA”
(SAY 21 TIMES, 7.5 SECONDS EACH WITH ONE SECOND PAUSE IN BETWEEN.)

 

9. RELAX and SIT FOR ONE MINUTE. DO THREE TIME DIRGHA BREATHING.

10. SAY DAILY PRAYER
